Coaching Up es un programa de apoyo personalizado para pequeñas empresas de los barrios de Detroit, Hamtramck y Highland Park. Tanto si ha permanecido abierto, reabierto o está determinando la mejor manera de hacer avanzar su negocio, Coaching Up está aquí para ayudarle. Nuestro equipo de profesionales apasionados y cualificados ofrece asesoramiento personalizado para ayudar a comprender, mantener y fortalecer las operaciones comerciales en los distritos comerciales de los barrios.

What does Coaching Up Help Business Owners Do?

We help you...

  • Determine priorities, define strategies and set actionable goals 
  • Work with partners for tax and accounting services 
  • Address issues of managing during changing times 
  • Develop and refine growth plans 
  • Connect to a broad network of tools and resources, including technical assistance, subject matter experts, sources of capital and professional services 
  • By Providing a safe space where sensitive and sometimes difficult topics are discussed, understood and coached upon.

 

What qualifies a company to be a Coaching Up Applicant?

Participants must...

  • Have a business located in Detroit, Highland Park and Hamtramck neighborhood businesses 
  • Be able to commit up to 12 hours of direct one-on-one coaching 
  • Have a brick-and-mortar, home-based or e-commerce business with at least six months of sales*
  • Have a business that is incorporated or be willing to work with our team to become incorporated .
  • Be tax compliant or willing to work with our team to become tax compliant .
  • Have an established internet connection and have a phone, computer, tablet, etc. to meet virtually

*Businesses that closed and have not yet reopened due to COVID-19 are eligible

 

Getting Started with Coaching Up

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Schedule a Strategy Session
  2. Meet with a 313 STRONG team member and learn how the program can benefit your business.  
  3. Complete an intake form and sign the participation agreement 

Then you can meet regularly with your Coaching Up strategist to keep your business growing!
